Cancer Rehabilitation
Fact: Research has shown that regular exercise can significantly decrease the chance of recurrence among cancer patients!
At Inner Strength Bayside, we support women and men recovering from cancer with physiotherapy and oncology rehabilitation programs in Cheltenham. Our clinic director, Luci Minogue, helps clients regain strength, improve body confidence and safely incorporate exercise into their daily lives.
Using her Pinc and Steel Cancer Rehabilitation training, Luci blends clinical pilates-style exercises, physiotherapy, massage, stretching, and breathing techniques into personalised programs tailored to your needs. Oncology rehabilitation helps improve quality of life, reduce treatment side effects, and support recovery.
Group physio-led exercise classes provide individualised rehabilitation within a supportive environment. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, these classes offer a safe space to exercise, share experiences, and connect with others on the same journey.
Our goal is to empower people with cancer cancer to rebuild strength, regain confidence and return to the activities they enjoy, guided by experienced physiotherapists who combine clinical expertise with compassionate care.

Cancer Rehabilitation
Our Cancer Rehabilitation program, which draws on The Pinc and Steel Cancer Rehabilitation Program, accommodates all fitness levels and is suitable for anyone recovering from cancer to help improve quality of life and reduce the side effects of treatment such as fatigue, pain and muscle wasting.
A one-hour-long initial assessment is required before starting, which may be followed by several individual half-hour sessions, often in our studio. Options after these individual sessions are to either continue individually or join a Group Physiotherapy class.
Please contact us for further information. Sessions are claimable on private health or else with Medicare if you have a Chronic Disease Management Plan from your GP.
