Physiotherapist & Co-director
LUCI MINOGUE
Luci has been working as a Physiotherapist for over 15 years in private practice. She enjoys treating all types of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries and has a special interest and many years experience in women's health, cancer rehabilitation and Physio-led Exercise, completing all four levels of DMA Clinical Pilates training. She is also qualified in Integrated Dry Needling (www.dryneedling.com.au) and finds this a fantastic treatment option for many conditions.
Luci is experienced in helping men and women diagnosed with cancer rehabilitate their bodies through the Pinc & Steel programs. After gaining accreditation in New Zealand in 2009 Luci brought The Pinc Program to Melbourne, being the first Physiotherapist in Victoria to offer the program. She also runs Next Steps and Targeted Classes, which are group cancer rehab programs, designed to help rebuild strength, flexibility and stamina to help people affected by cancer. She finds cancer rehabilitation to be one of the most rewarding aspects of her work and is a Pinc Cancer Rehabilitation Foundation board member.
As a Physiotherapist Luci believes that it is important to empower a patient during their rehabilitation and that prevention is just as important as cure! Luci will look at your whole body and will most likely send you home with some exercises.

Physiotherapist & Co-director
CAITLIN COLLENETTE
Caitlin brings over 12 years of experience as a Physiotherapist in private practice, where she treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular interest in neck pain and headaches. Caitlin is also skilled in leading Physio-Led Exercise sessions and has completed all four levels of DMA Clinical Pilates training. Her expertise extends to Dry Needling and she holds GLAD certification for hip and knee osteoarthritis.
After becoming a mother, Caitlin developed a keen interest in women’s health physiotherapy, especially pre- and post-natal care. Over the years she has expanded her knowledge in this crucial area, recently completing Pelvic Health training through the APA to assess pelvic floor function and treat conditions such as incontinence and prolapse effectively.
Caitlin is passionate about empowering women to stay strong during pregnancy, prepare for childbirth, and recover in the post-natal phase. She looks forward to utilizing her new skills to support women through their journey to better pelvic health.
Believing in a holistic approach, Caitlin combines manual therapy with personalized exercise prescription to help patients of all ages achieve their health and wellness goals.
Outside of work, Caitlin is a mother to two young girls and enjoys skiing, hiking, and traveling.

Physiotherapist
PETRA RUHL
Petra earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Canberra and has since demonstrated her expertise in both private practice and hospital settings. She has honed her skills through diverse experiences, including working with several football teams such as the VAFA and VFL, notably the Sandringham Zebras.
With a keen focus on treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, particularly in the neck, back, hip, and knee areas, Petra is dedicated to helping her patients achieve positive outcomes. Her passion lies in facilitating their return to activities they love and restoring their active lifestyles.
In addition to her clinical work, Petra has experience leading group and one-on-one Clinical Pilates sessions. She firmly believes in the synergy between hands-on physiotherapy and exercise-based rehabilitation, guiding patients from acute injury recovery to maintenance, with the overarching goal of pain elimination and injury prevention.
Outside of work, Petra finds joy in outdoor activities like hiking and engaging in various sports such as swimming, running, and netball.

Physiotherapist
YING TSE
Ying earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from Monash University and has since gained valuable experience working in a private practice clinic. Recently, she furthered her expertise by completing a Post Graduate Certification in Pelvic Health from Melbourne University. Ying is passionate about helping people from all walks of life move better and live well!
Her main motivation for becoming a physiotherapist is to empower others to get back to doing the things they love. With a strong sports background, including playing badminton, squash, and basketball, as well as three years experience as a sports trainer for local football teams, Ying has a particular passion for working with athletes of all ages and skill levels. She also has a deep sense of compassion for children, people with disabilities, and the elderly, having worked closely with these groups throughout her career.
Ying stays up-to-date with the latest research to ensure her treatment plans are evidence-based and effective. As a lifelong learner, she is always enhancing her skills and knowledge by attending professional development opportunities both within and outside of her field. Her areas of professional interest include musculoskeletal injuries, lower back pain, rehabilitation after orthopaedic surgery, strength and conditioning, and women’s health.
Originally from the bustling city of Hong Kong, Ying is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. When she's not working, she enjoys reading, baking, knitting, and spending time with her two beloved cats, Trigg and Gamma!

Physiotherapist
ALANNAH TURNER
Alannah has been working as a private practice physiotherapist for over 7 years after completing a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, and then graduating from the Doctor of Physiotherapy. She has since developed a strong interest in Women’s Health Physio, particularly in the pre- and post-partum stages. Through understanding the overwhelming and often conflicting information presented to women, Alannah is passionate about education throughout this unique stage of life.
After completing further studies at the University of Melbourne in pelvic health, Alannah is experienced in doing a thorough pelvic floor assessment, and treats conditions ranging from incontinence or prolapse, to pelvic pain presentations. She enjoys working alongside her pelvic health clients to understand the complexities of their presentation, discuss their goals, and then arm them with the knowledge and skills to find meaningful and lifelong change.
Alannah still very much enjoys treating all areas of musculoskeletal pain, particularly complex cases where she can draw on her knowledge to help her clients achieve their goals and get back to doing what they love. Alannah treats using a combination of hands-on and exercise, and finds clinical pilates a great way to introduce people back to an active life beyond the limits of their pain. She is also experienced in dry needling.
Outside of work, Alannah loves spending time with her partner and their baby, experimenting with healthy recipes, enjoying a good coffee, and camping with the family.

Admin Team Leader/Client Experience Officer
KYM STOLLIDAY
With over 30 years of experience in Administration, Customer Service, Accounting, and Business Management, Kym is thrilled to apply her expertise to the Allied Health sector at Inner Strength Bayside.
A Canadian by origin and now a Cheltenham local, Kym appreciates the convenience of walking to work and enjoys connecting with the community. Outside of work, she can often be found cheering on her son at footy matches, catching a movie with her daughter, socializing with friends, or exploring local venues that feature live music. Kym also loves drawing and watercolor painting, frequently creating personalized art as gifts for friends.
Known for her exceptional people skills, Kym is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and will go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for all clients at our clinic.
