Introducing our newest class, Cardio Pilates. Starting Saturday 4th October at 10am, this class combines your individualised clinical pilates program with higher intensity training to get your heart pumping. Perfect for people who like a challenge!
Combining high and low intensity exercises (interval training) has many health benefits, including optimising cardiovascular health, weight loss, and reducing the risk of diabetes, and has been shown to be as effective as endurance training, such as jogging (1).
