We all have been told about the benefits of exercise for improving mental health, losing weight, improving glucose metabolism and keeping our bones healthy. But how many of us have actually stick to doing regular exercises? Sometimes, it is because we try to fit into someone else’s shoes or follow a recipe which may not work for us!! When it comes to exercising, our mind immediately thinks we should start long runs or join a gym straight away. Whilst these are great ideas, it may not suit you to do this today and set you up for failure. Finding a routine that you actually enjoy<\/strong> is the KEY to sticking to it.
