We have moved to Suite 101/ 19 Chandos Street, Cheltenham!

Inner Strength Bayside has moved into a new and improved clinic.

You will now find us at Suite 101/ 19 Chandos Street, Cheltenham 3192.

We are in the new building just next to the Dan Murphy’s carpark, so once you are there look towards the new building and you will see a white sign with our logo. Enter via the sliding doors on the left of ‘Strong Pilates’ and then we are up on level 1 (either via the stairs or the lift).
